If you believe a Member has not met the requirements of the Code of Conduct, you can raise a complaint with us by submitting a Consumer Help Form

One of RLLA’s roles is to assist consumers in need of support.

In the first instance, please complete the Consumer Help Form

Once we have received your complaint, we will strive to examine the issues raised and seek a resolution that is fair to all parties.
